Shipping & Returns 

Shipping

All our products are shipped via 2nd Class Royal Mail tracked or signed for delivery. We aim to deliver your products to you within 3-5 working days.

Please note this does not include any production times associated with your order. Production times are specified for each individual product on each product listing. For calligraphy stationary (place cards, envelopes etc.), production times vary depending on how busy the studio is and the quantity of your order. For orders requiring that you send an excel spreadsheet with your names/addresses; if sent to us late (later than 24 hours after the date of purchase), this may result in delays to your order.

If you are ordering 50 or more calligraphy stationary items, we recommend you send an email to get an accurate time estimate for your production time.

Costs of shipping is a flat rate of £3.99. Unfortunately we ship only to the United Kingdom.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your order! However, if you would like to return your item, we accept refunds if your item is returned to us within14 days from you receiving it. A full refund (excluding shipping fee) will be issued in the form of your original payment. We do not cover the costs of your return shipping. Please return your item, unused in its original condition and packaging. We recommend you return your item via tracked delivery.

Please note, we do not offer refunds on personalised items such as calligraphy envelopes and place cards.

We do not offer exchanges. In the event that an exchange is required, you must send the item back within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, and then purchase the new item you would prefer.

Cancellations

Once you have placed your order, cancellations are not accepted. However you may return your product in line with out returns policy above.
