  • Can I purchase envelope calligraphy, but in a colour which is not listed on your shop?

    Yes, I can provide custom colour envelopes and envelopes in different sizes too. Please get in contact directly to purchase a specific colour.

  • Can I purchase place cards, but in a colour which is not listed on your shop?

    Yes, I can provide custom colour place cards and flat (non-fold) place cards too. Please get in contact directly to purchase a specific colour.

  • Can I purchase event stationary, but in a different colour ink, not listed on your shop?

    Yes, I can provide calligraphy in bespoke colour inks, including metallics, pastels and neon.

    I offer colour match to specific shades and patone colours. Please get in contact to discuss.

  • I have my own place cards/envelopes which I would like addressed. Could I send them to you for you to address them?

    Yes, please contact me directly to arrange this via my bespoke service.

    Please note I will require you to provide some spares (the number of spares will be determined on booking).

  • Do you sell frames with your online prints?

    Sorry, I do not currently sell frames. However my prints fit perfectly in A3 frames sold in most major homeware/department stores.

  • I am planning a wedding/event and do not know where to start, but would like some calligraphy to be featured, could you help me think up a concept?

    Yes, I am a newly wed and understand how daunting planning can be! I also seem to be the master planner for friends/family events and can create pretty and unique concepts based on your event theme. I can help you decide on the calligraphy pieces you want.

  • Can you do calligraphy in different languages?

    Yes, I can create calligraphy in different languages, such as Arabic, French and Chinese. If you would like calligraphy in a language such as your mother tongue, please provide the correct spellings including any accents.

  • Can I make amendments to my calligraphy order?

    Don’t worry if you have made a mistake with your calligraphy stationary purchased via our online store, you will have 24 hours from the time of your order to make any revisions. After 24 hours no amendments can be made.

    For bespoke calligraphy services, I will involve you in my design process. You will be sent a mock up (paper + pencil) and a digital proof before it is sent to printers (for orders requiring printing). At each of these stages you will have the opportunity to make up to 2 amendments. You will be provided with terms & conditions at booking stage which will explain this in more detail.

  • How long does it take to complete my calligraphy project?

    It depends! At the time of booking my bespoke calligraphy service, I will provide a time estimate based on the quantity, complexity involved and the lead time from third parties such as print companies.

    I will provide you with updates when there are any key updates on your order.

  • When do you require payment for your bespoke service

    An invoice will be prepared and sent to you. Invoices are valid for 28 days and a 50% payment must be made on receipt before work can begin. The balance is required on completion, but before the work is shipped/sent to you (if printing is required, the balance is required before the work is sent to print).
